Creative Relief Louisiana was established in August 2016, following the major floods that occurred in the southern regions of the state. Through Creative Relief, Louisiana’s regional Arts Councils were able to identify artists and arts organizations who had lost or incurred damage, to address their needs and provide replacement materials.
Louisiana’s regional arts councils have continued their Creative Relief efforts as a year program to help artists and arts organizations with immediate assistance in their time of need. Please choose the regional arts council from the list below to find out about their specific program and how you can make a direct donation.
